Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times


We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

Overnight Shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST will be delivered the next business day.


Delivery times may vary based on the shipping destination and carrier delays.


3. Shipping Rates


Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, shipping method, and delivery destination. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.


4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

5. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 (before taxes and discounts).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Sinz’s Hemp is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. However, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier if necessary.
