At Sinz’s Hemp, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In the original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Right to Refuse
Sinz’s Hemp reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request if the product:
- Has been used or damaged by the customer.
- Is not in its original condition or packaging.
- Was purchased on final sale, or was marked as non-returnable.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (for example, you received a defective or incorrect item).
